DESIGN IN MOTION

We created ·tive from the ground up as a brand identity centered around movement, experimentation, and growth. Element was intentionally designed to feel unfinished in the best way — reflecting the idea that creativity is always in progress. The identity was built to be flexible, energetic, and collaborative, allowing the brand to evolve alongside the people and ideas behind it.

•tive is an unfinished word by design, its an open invitation to define what we become. It's the ending of the qualities we stand for: creative, adaptive, innovative, effective. It’s a brand that shifts and flexes with the work, the people, and the ideas we bring to life.

It speaks to process, not perfection. It’s a name that leaves room for students to shape it, clients to interpret it, and collaborators to expand it.

•tive is short for words like creative, adaptive, innovative, effective, proactive. The name is open-ended on purpose. It’s a reminder that we’re always building, shaping ideas, shaping talent, and staying flexible.

This brand is about embracing the in-between. We’re focused on progress, not perfection. For students figuring out their voice or client’s refining their brand, •tive makes space for growth.
